Being a “forever learner” is one of my core values, both personally and in my law firm. One way I like to learn is by reading business books, and one that has proven particularly useful to me in both work and life is “Traction: Get a Grip on Your Business” by Gino Wickman. The book provides practical tips for organizing and growing a business but can also be applied to goals I set outside of law.
